We found "Moo Maid" on a trip to the recycling center. She is atop "The Safe Place" on 6137 Miller Store Rd. I spoke to her artist who was very friendly and told me her history - Amsterdam was the 1st place to do something of this sort. Chicago was the 1st US place with the cows. Moo Maid is a tribute to the Chicago cows.
